Hear the real call 1:07

The call you didn’t answer went to someone who did.

Nobody rings back twice. When your line is engaged at half four on a Friday, that customer is already dialling the next name on the list, and you will never know it happened.

  • Answers on the first ring, every time, including evenings and weekends
  • Handles several callers at once, so nobody gets an engaged tone
  • Books directly into the calendar you already use
  • Emails you a summary the moment the call ends

How it works

Live in about a week. You change nothing.

  1. 01

    You keep your number

Nothing gets ported, nothing gets replaced. You set your existing line to divert to the agent, either on every call or only when you don’t pick up within four rings. Flip it off whenever you like.

    Setting the divert

    • Takes about five minutes with your provider
    • Works with BT, Sky, Virgin and any VoIP system
    • Divert everything, or only calls that ring out
    • Switch it off yourself, any time, without asking us
  2. 02

We train it on your business

Opening hours, services, prices, the questions you’re sick of answering, who to put through and who to take a message from. It learns your practice, not a generic script.

    What we ask you for

    • Opening hours, including half-days and bank holidays
    • Services, and the prices you are happy to quote
    • The five questions you are sickest of answering
    • Who calls must always be put through to
    • What counts as urgent, and what to do about it
  3. 03

    It answers, books and reports

Appointments land in your calendar. Summaries and transcripts land in your inbox. Anything it can’t handle gets escalated to a real person with the context already gathered.

    After every single call

    • An email summary within seconds of hanging up
    • The full transcript by email
    • The booking already sitting in your calendar
    • Anything urgent flagged so you see it first

Why it matters

A Midlands caller can
tell within two words.

Most AI receptionists sound like a Californian call centre. They stumble over Worcestershire, they say “zee”, they pronounce Leicester the way it’s spelt. Every one of those slips tells your customer this business isn’t theirs.

  • Natural British voicesWarm and professional, or brisk and efficient. Matched to your trade.
  • Place names it won’t butcherTested against the counties and towns your callers actually live in.
  • British dates and spellingThe fifth of June, not June the fifth. Small things, noticed instantly.

Place names, said properly

  • WorcestershireWUUS‑ter‑sher
  • LeicesterLES‑ter
  • LoughboroughLUFF‑bruh
  • BicesterBIS‑ter

“Wor‑ces‑ter‑shy‑er” what most AI receptionists say

And it keeps up

People talk over
receptionists. Constantly.

Real callers interrupt, change their mind halfway through a sentence and trail off. An agent that restarts every time one of those happens is worse than a voicemail, because it wastes the caller’s time before losing them anyway.

  • Under a second to replyFast enough that it feels like a conversation, not a queue.
  • Interrupts politelyCallers talk over people. The agent copes instead of starting again.
  • Handles the mumblingHalf-sentences, background noise, a name said twice. It keeps going.

Yeah, hi. I’ve broken a tooth.
Sorry to hear that. Let me find you an emergency slot today.

Built for

Trained on your trade, not a generic script

Every agent is built around the calls your business actually gets.

Dental practices Calls it takes “Are you taking on NHS patients?” “I’ve broken a tooth, is there anything today?” “Can I move Thursday to next week?” “How much is a check-up?” Law firms Calls it takes “My offer’s been accepted, I need a conveyancer” “I was rear-ended last night” “Can I speak to whoever has my file?” “Do you do wills? What does it cost?” Estate agents Calls it takes “Can I view the three-bed on Kingsley Road?” “What’s my house worth?” “Has it had any offers yet?” “Is it still available?”, at nine on a Sunday Trades Calls it takes “There’s water coming through the ceiling” “What do you charge just to come out?” “Do you cover LS15?” “Can someone look at the boiler before Friday?” Veterinary practices Calls it takes “My dog has eaten a bar of chocolate” “Is Bella’s booster due yet?” “Can I get more of her flea treatment?” “Are you taking new registrations?” Private clinics Calls it takes “I’ve had back pain for a fortnight” “How much is the first assessment?” “Do you take my insurance?” “Could I see somebody this week?” Salons and barbers Calls it takes “Anything for a cut and finish this week?” “How much for a full head of highlights?” “Is Chloe in on Saturday?” “I need to move Thursday, sorry” Garages and MOT Calls it takes “Can I get an MOT next week?” “Is my car ready yet?” “How much for a full service?” “Do you do a courtesy car?”

Something not on this list? If you are losing calls, the same thing works. Tell us your business and we will build one in about ten seconds.

Half past six, Tuesday

The sign says closed.
The phone doesn’t know that.

Your door shuts at half five. Your customers carry on having burst pipes, broken teeth and offers accepted, and they carry on ringing. Someone answers those calls. At the moment it isn’t you.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks

Will my customers know it’s an AI?

Yes. The agent says so in the greeting. We’re not interested in tricking anyone, and in practice callers don’t mind once they realise they’re being helped instead of parked in a voicemail box. Being upfront also keeps you the right side of the rules.

What happens to calls it can’t handle?

It transfers to whoever you nominate, with the caller’s details and reason already captured, so the person picking up isn’t starting from scratch. If nobody’s available, it takes a proper message and flags it as urgent where appropriate.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your existing number and set a divert on it. That takes five minutes with your current provider, and you can switch it off at any point without asking us.

What about call recording and GDPR?

Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can review them, and the greeting includes the notice that requires. Data is stored in the UK/EU, you can delete any call at any time, and we’ll sign a data processing agreement as your processor.

Can it actually book into my system?

If it has an API or a calendar, almost certainly. Google Calendar, Outlook and Cal.com are straightforward. Practice and job-management software varies, so tell us what you run and we’ll confirm before you pay a penny.

How long until it’s live?

Usually five to seven working days from the setup call. Most of that is us tuning it against your real questions rather than technical work.

What if it’s rubbish?

Run the first two weeks alongside your normal setup and read the transcripts. If it isn’t doing the job, tell us within 30 days of going live and we’ll refund the setup fee.

Hear it before you decide anything.
