About
England Voice is one person, and that person is me.
I am Abdo Diassem. I build every agent by hand, I tune them from real call transcripts, and I am the one who answers when you email.
Why I built this
Small businesses lose work for a reason that has nothing to do with how good they are. The phone rings while everyone is busy, nobody picks up, and the customer rings the next name on the list. It is not a marketing problem or a pricing problem. It is nobody being free at half four on a Friday.
The tools to fix that got good very quickly, and almost nobody had pointed them at British businesses properly. Most AI receptionists sound like an American call centre, stumble over Worcestershire, and read dates back the wrong way round. Every one of those slips tells a caller that this business is not really theirs.
So England Voice does one thing rather than ten. British voices, tested against the towns and counties your callers actually live in, answering the phone for businesses that are losing money every time it goes unanswered.
What being one person means for you
- You are not passed around. The person who builds your agent is the person who answers your email and the person who fixes it when something is wrong.
- Every agent is built by hand. There is no self-serve signup that drops a generic script on your number. I read your intake form and configure it around the calls you actually get.
- I take on a small number of clients. That is a real limit rather than a sales line. If I am at capacity I will say so instead of taking your money and doing it badly.
- I will tell you when it is not worth it. If you take twelve calls a week and answer eleven of them, an AI agent is not going to change your business and I would rather say that on the first call than three months in.
How I work
Every agent starts with a questionnaire about your business: opening hours, services, the questions you are sick of answering, what must always go through to a person. That takes about twenty minutes of your time and it is most of the job.
I then build the agent, test it against the awkward calls rather than the easy ones, and send you a link so you can talk to it before it goes anywhere near your number. When you are happy, you divert your line and we watch the first fortnight’s transcripts together.
Nothing is ported, nothing is replaced, and you can switch the divert off yourself at any point without asking me.
Straight answers about the limits
The agent will not handle every call correctly. It is built to escalate rather than guess, it never gives clinical or legal advice, and it sends genuine emergencies to 999 or 111 rather than trying to book them in. I would rather tell you that now than have you find out from a transcript.
