Privacy Policy

This explains what personal data England Voice collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to protect us. If anything here is unclear, email hello@englandvoice.com and we will explain it properly.

Who we are

England Voice is a trading name of Abdo Diassem, and builds AI phone agents for UK businesses. For the purposes of UK GDPR we are the data controller for information collected through this website, and a data processor for call data handled on behalf of our clients.

The quickest way to reach us about anything in this policy is hello@englandvoice.com. A postal address is available on request.

What we collect from website visitors

  • Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. It tells us how many people visited and which pages they read. It does not tell us who you are.
  • The demo. Talking to the agent in your browser sends audio to our voice provider so it can respond. Demo conversations may be recorded and transcribed so we can improve the agent. Do not share personal or confidential information with the demo, and use a fictional phone number if you want to test a booking.
  • Nothing else. No advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to.

What we collect if you get in touch

  • Booking a call. Your name, email, business name and whatever you tell us in the booking form. Held in Cal.com and our calendar.
  • Emailing us. Your address and message, held in our mailbox.

We use this to reply to you and to prepare for the call. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Call data, if you become a client

When we run an agent on your business line, we handle your callers’ personal data on your behalf. You remain the controller; we are your processor, and we will sign a data processing agreement setting that out.

  • Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can review them.
  • The agent’s greeting states that the caller is speaking to an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
  • Recordings and transcripts are available to you and deleted on request.
  • We do not use your callers’ data to train models, and we do not share it with anyone outside the processors listed below.

Who processes data for us

These are the services involved in running England Voice. Each is bound by its own data processing terms.

ServiceWhat it does
CloudflareHosts the site, routes email, provides cookie-free analytics
VapiRuns the voice agent and stores call recordings and transcripts
ElevenLabsGenerates the agent’s speech
DeepgramConverts caller speech to text
OpenAIPowers the agent’s responses
Cal.comHandles call bookings
BrevoSends our outgoing email
GoogleOur mailbox and calendar

Some of these process data outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on the provider’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep things

  • Enquiries and bookings: two years from our last contact, then deleted.
  • Client call recordings: for as long as you ask us to hold them, and deleted within 30 days of your account closing.
  • Demo conversations: up to 90 days.
  • Analytics: aggregated, with no personal data to retain.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete it
  • stop or limit how we use it
  • hand it over in a portable format

Email hello@englandvoice.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge. If you are a caller who spoke to an agent we run for a business, that business is the controller, so we will pass your request to them and help them answer it.

If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to call data is limited to those who need it. Credentials are not stored in the website or shared. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you as a client, tell you directly.
